By signing our registration form or clicking the online payment option at our website or any program websites under FITT or through your verbal consent, you agree (on your own behalf and on behalf of the other members of your organisation) to the following terms and conditions, which form a contract between you and “FITT” or “we”.

FITT acts solely as an associated unit of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (a research and technical institution established under an Act of the Parliament of the Republic of India) for the purpose of economic value addition to research capabilities / knowledge / research outputs resulting from the academic research / teaching by the academic community which includes the Faculties and other research communities in the Indian Institute of Technology. FITT organises a number of Professional Development Program including National / International Training, conference / seminar / workshops – details of which are published at the site www.fitt-iit.in and / or www.iitd.ac.in and / or printed program brochures for the event. The events covers technology specific knowledge sharing / dissemination to the participating members – registered on payment of prescribed fees and meeting other criterion for qualifying the registration (qualification, experience, consent of employers and other particulars as laid down explicitly in the publications (website and / or brochure

You hereby agree to release and hold harmless FITT from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with Professional Development Programs.

FITT reserves the right to cancel any paid registration or Services for any reason it deems necessary including errors and omissions of any party. You understand and agree that FITT’s sole responsibility and liability in such an event will be a full / partial refund of all of the monies paid in the booking on terms stipulated in web publication or brochure of the program / service booked through FITT.

You understand and hereby agree to submit any and all claims in writing to FITT within 30 days after the completion of the program / registration confirmation (read with terms published on websites / brochures) and that the failure to timely do so shall result in the forfeiture of the right to such claim.
